The 10th Annual Mix L.A. Open — Monday, June 13, 2005, at the Malibu Country Club — is being strongly supported by the audio industry. Confirmed sponsors at press time include Absolute Music, Audio-Technica, CE Pickup/IAC, Design FX, Harman Pro/JBL Professional, Panasonic, the Record Plant, Shure, Warner Bros. Proceeds from the tournament go to the Sound Partners program at the House Ear Institute (www.hei.org), Mix Foundation scholarship programs and Sound Art (www.soundartla.org), a music program for underprivileged youth in the L.A. area.
