The Mix Foundation for Excellence in Audio has announced that the 2005 TEC Awards Scholarship Grant has been awarded to Jeanne Montalvo. The Georgia State University senior is studying music recording technology. Montalvo's future plans include going to school in Barcelona and receiving a certification/diploma in live sound and then working in Europe.

“I am driven by a passion that becomes more and more obvious to me every day,” Montalvo said. “It is never work when one is living his or her dream.”
